About usKey team membersPeter EckersleyPeter is a senior associate and has been with Serious Law since 1995 after graduating from Salford University. Peter is a member of the SRA regulated Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme.
Peter manages a department dealing with a wide variety of cases encompassing all types of accidents and injuries. His current cases include head injuries, brain injuries, traumatic amputations, criminal injuries, complex fractures, spinal injuries suffered as a result of road accidents, accidents at work, public liability accidents, occupiers’ liability accidents, animal accidents and criminal assaults.
Away from the office Peter enjoys music, history, architecture, DIY and is currently in the process of renovating his house.
Sophie sustained multiple orthopaedic injuries after her bicycle was caught by a passing tractor, resulting in her being dragged under the vehicle and the attached slurry tanker.
